Refund and Return Policy

1. Digital Goods
Due to the nature of digital gift cards and PIN codes, all sales are strictly final once the PIN code has been delivered to your email or displayed on your dashboard.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
We issue refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:
- The PIN code delivered is proven to be invalid at the time of purchase.
- You sent the cryptocurrency payment, but the inventory was out of stock and we cannot fulfill your order within 24 hours.
3. Invalid PIN Claims
If you believe you have received an invalid PIN, you must contact our support team at support@cryptocards.demo within 14 days of purchase. We will verify the activation time of the code with the respective retailer. If the code was redeemed after the delivery time to your email, no refund will be issued.
4. Incorrect Crypto Payments
We are not responsible for payments sent to the wrong address, or for underpayments. If you send less than the requested amount, the order will not be fulfilled automatically. You must contact support to manually resolve the underpayment or process a refund (minus network transaction fees).
